How do I print in color on a Mac in the library?

Follow this path:
File=>Print=>Copies & Pages=>Finishing the two-sided option is in the Finishing menu.

Here is the Print menu where you will find the Copies & Pages options
Choose Quality to see the color options.
In the Quality menu you can choose your color settings
