The short answer is "Yes". Fintel Library endeavors to be open for the Roanoke College community in all sorts of weather. However, sometimes we have to adjust our hours to adjust for real-world conditions.

These hours are in effect when the college announces a "delayed opening" or a "half-day delayed":

Monday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. -  midnight
Friday  9:30 a.m. -  5:30 p.m.
Saturday  noon  -   5:30 p.m.
Sunday   noon  -  midnight

These hours are in effect when the college announces "college closed" or "classes cancelled":

Monday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday     9:30 a.m. -   4:30 p.m.
Saturday noon         -   5:30 p.m.
Sunday noon         - 10:00 p.m.

The library will close at 10:00 p.m. when evening classes are cancelled.

The Library Director may further reduce hours in the rare event that adequate staffing is not available to operate the facility.
