How to create an EBSCO account, and why you might want to.

EBSCO offers its users the ability to create a personalized account from any of the EBSCOhost databases. Not only does this account allow you to save articles and citations you put in a folder indefinitely, to create custom folders, to share those folders, to create personalized RSS feeds and search alerts, and to have remote access to the articles and other resources you save, but it also allows you to download e-books to your personal  computer or tablet.

To create an EBSCO account.

1.       Go to any of the many EBSCOhost databases that Fintel Library subscribes to (Academic Search Complete for example.)

2.       Click on the “sign in” tab in the toolbar

3.       Click the “create new account” button

4.       Fill out the form.
