While access to the Archives does not require an appointment, it is helpful to call or e-mail in advance of a visit. This will insure coverage and, by knowing the information needed by the patron ahead of time, we can have the resources pulled in advance. The staff comprises a part-time archivist, and (currently) three student workers. On occasions when there are no students on duty and the archivist is out of the office (meeting, off campus appointment, sick, vacation ), the Archives will be closed. Check with the Librarian on duty at the Reference Desk to see if there are other options available.
